SAS70 Type II Certified

Widely recognized in the industry, SAS 70 audits measure control over objectives, information technology and related processes.  It includes an organization's description of controls, design and operating effectiveness of the controls within an organization. 

PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Certified

Guidelines set by the PCI Security Standards Council to audit the development, storage and implementation of security standards for the payment card industry to protect account data.  By obtaining certification you can ensure part of your IT infrastructure when hosted by First National Technology Solutions is protected within the guidelines and we will even assist you with your audit to help you obtain your own PCI compliant certification. 

Safe Harbor Certified

Meeting the privacy protection standards set for the by the European Commission’s Directive on Data Protection.  Companies participating in the safe harbor are deemed adequate and meet requirements for approval of data transfers.  The safe harbor is an important way for US companies to avoid experiencing interruptions in their business dealing with the EU, or facing penalties and prosecution under European privacy laws.
